 Our Story

We are two pediatric physical therapists who have been working together in the District of Columbia for over 14 years.  As mothers of young children, we understand that each child is different, and the clinical setting may not serve every child’s needs. District Kids PT was founded to provide highly skilled pediatric therapy outside of the clinical setting — either in the home or a local playground — where our young patients can thrive and feel comfortable as we help progress their skills and meet our shared goals.

We work with patients with a variety of diagnoses including prematurity, hypotonia, torticollis, and developmental delays.  Both therapists have a strong manual background and incorporate a variety of biomechanical interventions into their treatment sessions.
